Washington Tax Balances Start in TCS

Washington County uses Total Collection Solution and Xpress Pay for property-tax work. TCS can show parcel facts, bill totals, payments, exemptions, and unpaid or late rows. It also has a button to update the interest on a bill.

Search by parcel ID and match the result to the bill. Read the status, total due, payments, exemptions, and any unpaid or late row. If interest needs to be brought current, use the update button before recording the balance.

If the amount or status still does not match the notice, take the parcel result and both figures to the Treasurer instead of paying from the older number. Keep the bill total, unpaid row, updated balance, notice, Treasurer answer, payment confirmation, and receipt together.
