Lockport online bill pay is tied to the city treasurer route

Lockport residents can use the city online-bill-pay and treasurer pages to route tax, water, or local bill questions.

Lockport bill questions are easier to handle when the resident starts with the city’s own payment and treasurer pages. The city publishes an online bill-pay page and a city treasurer page, which lets a taxpayer or utility customer separate the act of paying from the office that can answer account questions.

For a late bill, missing confirmation, or closing check, use the city payment page and keep the bill, parcel or account number, payment date, and receipt together. Contact the Treasurer before using an unfamiliar payment link or sending a second payment.

Match the service address and charge on the City of Lockport bill to the online account. If the balance does not reflect a payment, give the Treasurer the confirmation number and payment date.
