Constantia Assessment Questions Start With the Town Assessor

Constantia's assessor page gives the local contact route before owners rely on countywide assessment or exemption assumptions.

Use the county database to find a Constantia parcel and its current assessment. For corrections, exemptions, or a grievance, contact the town assessor.

The Town of Constantia lists the assessor’s name, phone, fax, email, and office address. Oswego County also lists assessors and tax collectors for each city, town, and village, including Constantia.

Do not assume that a former owner’s exemption, mailing address, or parcel note will carry over. Check it with the assessor.

Bring the property address, parcel or account number, notice, deadline, and exemption question. Keep the Oswego County Real Property contact with your papers. If the town sends part of the question to that county office, keep the same parcel number with the handoff.
